Nanolattix Announces Three Studies Selected for the ASCO 2026 Annual Meeting, Highlighting International Recognition of Innovative RDC+ADC Paradigm

The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting will be held from May 29 to June 2, 2026, in Chicago, USA. Recognized as the world's largest and most influential clinical oncology conference, the ASCO Annual Meeting brings together leading oncology research institutions and biopharmaceutical companies from around the globe each year, representing one of the highest standards of international academic exchange in the field of cancer research.

Nanolattix Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Nanolattix) announced that three original research abstracts have been selected for presentation at the ASCO 2026 Annual Meeting and were recently published on the official ASCO website.

Featured Study: A First-in-Class Bispecific RDC+ADC Theranostic Strategy

A novel bispecific RDC+ADC theranostic approach to overcome trastuzumab deruxtecan resistance and tumor heterogeneity

This study presents comprehensive preclinical data for a first-in-class bispecific therapeutic combination  RB02a radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC), and B836an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)  developed by Nanolattix through its proprietary Biolattix technology platform. Both candidates are designed to simultaneously target HER2 and Tissue Factor (TF), forming a synergistic theranostic strategy aimed at enhance antitumor efficacy while addressing tumor heterogeneity and resistance to trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd).

Data Highlights

In vitro experiments demonstrated that B836 significantly outperformed conventional single-targeted ADCs in cancer cell binding and internalization efficiency. In vivo animal studies showed that B836 exhibited superior antitumor activity compared to Enhertu (DS8201). Toxicology and safety studies in cynomolgus monkeys demonstrated a favorable safety profile and therapeutic window for B836-ADC.

In imaging studies, SPECT/CT confirmed rapid and highly specific tumor accumulation of the radiopharmaceutical RB02-177Lu, with intratumoral retention exceeding seven days, and gradual clearance from non-target tissues following administration.

Collectively, These findings support the continued clinical development of RB02-RDC and B836-ADC as a synergistic bispecific RDC+ADC theranostic strategy, while further highlighting the feasibility and potential of RDC+ADC synergistic innovation as a novel paradigm for precision oncology.

Two Additional Studies Selected

RT01: A first-in-class theranostic radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) with zirconium-89 and lutetium-177 targeting tissue factor

RT01 is a first-in-class Tissue Factor (TF)-targeted theranostic RDC designed for both diagnostic imaging and radiotherapeutic applications, utilizing zirconium-89 for PET imaging and lutetium-177 for targeted therapy. In animal models, a single administration achieved a tumor growth inhibition (TGI) rate of 75.3%, with durable efficacy lasting more than 50 days, and no observable toxicity in major organs. Based on these preclinical findings, an investigator-initiated trial (IIT) has been formally initiated.

T320 tissue factor-targeted ADC from pre-clinical research to phase I clinical study

T320, a Tissue Factor-targeted ADC, has advanced into Phase I clinical trials. Preliminary data indicate a manageable safety profile. Notably, one ovarian cancer patient achieved durable stable disease (SD) for six months at a low-dose treatment level.

Centered on the tissue factor (TF) target, Nanolattix has established a fully integrated proprietary pipeline spanning single-target and bispecific modalities, from preclinical discovery through Phase I clinical development. Notably, the RB02+B836 bispecific RDC+ADC theranostic strategy remains among the most advanced programs of its kind globally. The three studies selected for ASCO 2026 represent key achievements from Nanolattix's multi-target, multi-modal innovative pipeline matrix.
